It is no secret that the real estate market has cooled and sales are in decline over previous periods. Owners recognize that vacant properties are not only subject to vandalism but structural integrity and systems operations are at risk. They know that preventive repairs are far less expensive than cumulative repairs resulting from a system that has failed.

Here is how it works. Karetakers.com. is searching for families who respect the property of others and want to raise their family in the nicest surrounds available. We are looking for families who fix things that are in disrepair. We are looking for those individuals who recognize when something is about to malfunction and instinctively look to repairs.

Many of us wish we could raise our family in a better surrounding with better schools. Often those nicer things are sometimes out of reach. Our tastes exceed our budget. What if you could move into a larger home in a pleasant area with the amenities you deserve for about the same rent as you are paying now? What if you could move up into that larger home and "work off" the increase in rent by mowing the lawn, raking leaves, fixing that dripping faucet or cleaning gutters. Routine maintainance and handyman type repairs could be all that is standing in your way. NOTE: All work requiring certification or licensing would be contracted out to an appropriate professional. If you enjoy the nicer things in life and would enjoy more space and perhaps neighbors not quite as close this could be for you.

  • Weekly housekeeping
  • Quarterly deep cleaning
  • Weekly lawn and grounds maintenance
  • Maintain entry keeping clean and orderly
  • Quarterly window cleaning
  • Semi-annual carpet cleaning
  • Seasonal gutter cleaning and repair
  • General routine repairs as needed
  • Maintain lighting fixtures and replace bulbs
  • Insure pristine street appearance
  • Confine parking to designated area
  • No boats, RV, trailers parked on property
  • No refuge / dump piles. Any debris to be removed weekly.
  • Respect privacy of neighbors.
  • Noise restrictions.
  • Honor all CC&R and other property restrictions
  • All other requirement required by landlord
